The staff were exceptional! We were welcomed warmly on our first visit and like long-lost family when we returned for a night following a short trip to Gili Air. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, dining room to pool and gym were very friendly, kind and helpful. It was a joy to stay and a pity of leave. Our room was large and the bed was comfortable. A/c and wifi worked well. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered a wide range of national and international food. The menu varied each day.

Exceptional Stay – Great Value for Money! Rating: ★★★★★ Hotel Origin Lombok exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm and understanding attitude really made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained – perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The overall vibe of the hotel is calm and inviting, and it’s definitely one of the best value-for-money stays I’ve had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lombok – I’ll definitely be back!

Not a typical place where we would normally stay when visiting Lombok, however because some health issues we decided to book this accommodation, which is in the center of civilization. The hotel is very european-style, clean, great location (for staying in the city), nice rooftop pool, fast room service, highly recommended!

Room was large nd conveniently laid out A/C was good and a nice bathroom Staff at the restaurant were great. Breakfast was larger, varied and very tasty everything you need. Other meal were also very good and room service great Pool was terrific pool temperature set at a refreshing after a hot day in Mataram

We stayed here after we had to go to the hospital in Mataram after a diving incident at Gili T. The breakfast is and the rooms are comfy. Very friendly staff and good price / quality.

The hotel / room itself is fantastic. We were looking for a clean and comfortable stay after a few rough nights and this definitely met the mark. Great views of the city from our window - we counted 30+ mosques! There is an underground parking facility which was useful, free to use, and secure. And the location is walking distance to a wonderful pizza place that we loved. I think it’s a great choice for a stay in Mataram :)

Fairly new Hotel. Great value. Everything works. Huge choice for breakfast. The top floor pool has a great mountain view. Beautifully designed. Room is spacious, simple, clean and work. Love the sliding bathroom door.

This felt like a spot of luxury for us and I’m so glad we stayed here. Everything was great and the staff very professional. Excellent value - the breakfast is an incredible array of choices! And the roof top pool was epic. The views over the city and of the nearby Islamic Centre were impressive, and a great spot to be immersed in city life.

Clean room. Most comfortable bed and pillow. We had a good sleep. Probably cause we were also tired from hiking hahaha amenities are good. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast plenty of variety.

Excellent location in the centre right next to the main mosque. Comfortable and clean rooms, great infinity pool with views of the city. Breakfast had decent selection of Indonesian food. Parking available underneath hotel free of charge.
